Obamacare Website $93 Mil. Phony Crony Pay-Off

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, CMS, officials are Toni Townes-Whitleytight-lipped about why CGI was chosen or how it happened. They also refuse to say if other firms competed with CGI, or if there was ever a public solicitation for building Healthcare.gov, the backbone of Obamacare’s problem-plagued web portal. In awarding the Healthcare.gov contract, CMS relied on a little-known federal contracting system called ID/IQ, which is government jargon for “Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity.”

One huge fact is glaringly obvious, First Lady Michelle Obama’s Princeton classmate is a top executive at this company that earned the no-bid contract to build the failed Obamacare website.

• CGI Federal executives were large campaign bundlers for Obama. They helped him shut off all the security features on Obama's campaign donation website in 2008 and 2012 in order to take multi-millions in foreign donations.

• CGI Federal distributes $1.7 billion in federal Superstorm Sandy relief money. They won a multi-million dollar contract from the Obama administration in May, 2013.
  

• CGI Federal won the 'No-bid' $93 Million contract to build the failed Obamacare website. CMS officials are tight-lipped about why CGI was chosen or how it happened. They also refuse to say if other firms competed with CGI, or if there was ever a public solicitation for building Healthcare.gov, the backbone of Obamacare’s problem-plagued web portal. Between 2009 and 2013, CMS officials awarded 185 separate task orders to CGI totaling $678 million for work of all kinds, according to USAspending.gov, a federal spending database.The Obamacare website design contract was for $93 million.

• Toni Townes-Whitley, Princeton class of ’85, is senior vice president at CGI Federal, which earned the no-bid contract to build the $93 million Obamacare enrollment website at Healthcare.gov. CGI Federal is the U.S. arm of a Canadian company.

• Toni Townes-Whitley and Michelle Obama, her Princeton classmate, are both active members of the Association of Black Princeton Alumni.
  

• CGI in Canada also suffered embarrassment in 2011 when it failed to deliver on time for Ontario province's flagship project a new online medical registry for diabetes patients and treatment providers. Ontario government officials cancelled the $46.2 million contract after 14 months of delay in September 2012. Ontario officials currently refuse to pay any fees to CGI for the failed IT project.
  

NLRB Scandal - A Devil Wind Whirling!

Obama's constant, unyielding, oppressive rule over everyone's lives andIn one word, unpredictable. livelihood promises no abatement or end to its severity. He is like a maddening dust devil wind, a whirling dervish with frenzied energy as it twirls out of control in any random direction across the hot, dry desert sands.

Adding to more scandals, one that has been on the back burner is coming fast to return into national attention. Although seemingly a partisan issue in South Carolina during the Presidential elections, the National Labor Relations Board, NLRB, had stepped in to regulate the Boeing Aircraft Company as it built a new factory outside of Washington State. 

The background chaos was that Obama secretly made a political appointment during a senate recess to the NLRB which avoided a hostile senate confirmation hearing. Obama filled the seat which then created a quorum and left-leaning majority to rule and pass its own decisions. Obama wanted a Democrat party, Union made Presidential win in South Carolina. The NLRB went after Boeing to force unionization.

So Carolina Boeing PlantThe NLRB contended that Boeing was Union busting because it moved a plant to a "Right  to Work" state that allowed workers to work without being forced to join a Union and pay dues. Fortunately, Governor Nikki Haley stood firm against this government-dictated economic larceny and the Federal courts ruled in South Carolina's favor. The Boeing Aircraft Company's second line of 787 Dreamliners is being produced in North Charleston. It was a win for people and businesses and a loss for the labor unions, which rely on coercion, bullying and undue political influence to survive.

AFL-CIO President TrumpkaThis scandal now grows even bigger because not one, not two, but three Obama recess appointees were invalidated because Senate was in session, not in recess as Obama asserted which violated Constitutional Law.  The U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals further ruled that the NLRB appointees jeopardized all their rulings since they technically were never a legal quorum, with over 1,200 decisions to be deemed invalid dating back years. 

Yet, the Illegal Obama NLRB keeps issuing rulings as if it operates in its own legal universe  ...and any thinking voters don't get it by now?

Not Again - Obama & ACORN 2012 Elections Fraud?

I do say with great sadness that this was before the passing of Andrew Breitbart in May 2012, a true patriot and champion to the end with his untiring fight to expose the dishonesty and corruption in our political process.  At least he was in attendance at this CPAC 2012 Conference and heard Anita Moncrief's presentation.

Folks, here's a "FREE" condom for your Vote?

The giving of 'alms' is an act of charity toward thoseObama takes women's issues seriously - Sells $5 condom TShirts less fortunate. So, thank the Lord for the generosity of the Federal Government Obamacare coverage to offer everyone free condoms to keep people safe from STDs and unplanned pregnancies. So if we screw up, literally, we can get free abortions to kill unwanted babies and provide medical treatment for STDs to every woman. What a great generous country that women live in, huh?  Is this issue "real" and "big" for women in the 2012 U.S. Election? ...I think not!

Since we lose our souls for Obamacare benefits, can we also sell our souls for votes to keep Obama in office too?  Is this now how cheap a woman's vote has been devalued down to these days?

The Obama campaign led by Obama's spokeswoman, Sandra Fluke, has kept all their women voters concentrated on looking up under their own dresses, between their legs and into their uteruses.  What do they see anyway?  Not much when their whole focus really should be centered on what is above the neck, like a mind where one uses a head to think and reason out choices. What women should then focus on is the national budget and how much is available to pay for their programs instead.

Believe it or not, both candidates have supported women's healthcare differing only on how programs will be structured and what is included in their budgets. A woman said, "Obamacare has been passed to get beyond the fog of controversy so everyone can see what is in it."  So Nancy Pelosi, what is in it? 

Nancy, Harry Reid and Barack Obama still haven't told anyone those details yet.

Obama - Unsafe at any Speed!

I remember during the 1960s when Chevrolet Corvair lead the list of automobile recalls due to faulty designs which were quite prevalent due to an ambulance chasing, sue-crazy, gadfly lawyer named Ralph Nader. He put the smackdown on GM in his book Unsafe at Any Speed, noting that the Corvair's single-piece steering column could impale the driver in a front collision. Ouch, that hurts!

Admittedly, Nader has had a great effect on U.S. law and public policy and considered by many as the father of the consumer protection movement. Over the years, his litigating zeal has hardly diminished and he continues today in running towards other windmills like Don Quixote of Cervantes'.

So although I find some of his consumer protectionism causes grossly tilted attacks on some business leading to EPA controls toward epic proportions and unreasonable laws; aside, his candor to express himself honestly is one of his strong suits.  

After many years in Washington politics, Ralph Nader has certainly worked both sides of the aisle and behind closed doors which offered him a look into the workings of national government. So recently on the Mike Huckabee Show, Ralph Nader was promoting a new book and interviewed about many different issues.  One particular subject was mentioned, lightly skirted, and then the interview was over before more was said. 

Ralph Nader described in passing the "selfish demeanor" as Obama tours various cities never mentioning or barely talking up the local Democrat congressmen in the district he's visiting instead encouraging voters only to vote for Barack Obama. This has been, up to now, an unmentioned aspect of Obama's Chicago-style raw politic that raises its ugly head. It has, indeed, been a backroom topic of discussion about the disillusion within the ranks of the Democrat congressional Obama minions.

Another "odd behavior" that Obama had shown on the campaign trail is that he seems to act like he doesn't really need these Congressmen much either. It's as though that branch of government, the Congressional body, is not required or needed for Obama to carry on the running of the U.S. Federal Government.  I would assume that all Barack Obama needs are "Executive Orders" to sign to circumnavigate Congress.  Maybe, eventually like Hugo Chavez and Vladimir Putin Barack just cancels the other branches of government.

Does Ralph Nader have some plausible observations he identified that the rest of us in the United States don't see?  After all, he recognized some flaws and problems in some automobiles.  I guess Politicians, like cars, can be real "Clunkers and Lemons" too.  In fact, as Ralph Nader's first big book title screamed out: "Unsafe at any speed!" ...Ralph Nader was just talking about cars.  How about Presidents?
