The Obama administration has again announced the end to the U.S. stewardship open Internet; Russia and China will take advantage of the American ICANN surrender too.  Authoritarian regimes want to grab control recognizing the 'different modes and methods in Internet management'.--code for a major subversion of the Internet and restriction to freedom of speech. 

Meanwhile, Obama is stealthly trying to pass his 'Executive Order' on the down-low and bypass congressional oversight once again; it will be far from the 'modest change in policy' that Obama claimed in March, 2014.  Is Obama aware of the major damages?  Of course not, he is again clueless!--How many more times must the public take that silly clueless excuse and just admit he knows what he is doing?        

Sands in an Hourglass."Like sands in the hourglass, so are 'The Days of Our Lives'."--to borrow the line from a popular daytime soap opera introduction. Since 1965, it is one of the longest-running scripted television programs in the world. It is even older than the Internet--my how time flies!

FACTOID: On October 24, 1995 the Federal Networking Council, FNC, unanimously passed a resolution defining the term 'Internet'. This definition was developed in consultation with members of the internet and intellectual property rights communities.

RESOLUTION: The Federal Networking Council (FNC) agrees that the following language reflects our definition of the term 'Internet'. It refers to the global information system that -- (i) is logically linked together by a globally unique address space based on the Internet Protocol (IP) or its subsequent extensions/follow-ons; (ii) is able to support communications using the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) suite or its subsequent extensions/follow-ons, and/or other IP-compatible protocols; and (iii) provides, uses or makes accessible, either publicly or privately, high level services layered on the communications and related infrastructure described herein.

"The Internet has changed much in the three decades since it came into existence. It was conceived in the era of time-sharing, but has survived into the era of personal computers, client-server and peer-to-peer computing, and the network computer. It was designed before LANs existed, but has accommodated that new network technology, as well as the more recent ATM and frame switched services. "We now see, in the debates over control of the domain name space and the form of the next generation IP addresses, a struggle to find the next social structure that will guide the Internet in the future. The form of that structure will be harder to find, given the large number of concerned stakeholders. At the same time, the industry struggles to find the economic rationale for the large investment needed for the future growth, for example to upgrade residential access to a more suitable technology. If the Internet stumbles, it will not be because we lack for technology, vision, or motivation. It will be because we cannot set a direction and march collectively into the future."

Like those 'sands in the hourglass' our Internet freedoms are quickly slipping right between our fingers to be lost forever. With our U.S. Federal Communications Commission, the United Nations, the European Union, the various sovereign nations, partisan coalitions and special interest groups they all have strict regulatory agendas to curb current Internet freedoms. Can they all get along?--Read about the U.N. Look at the ridiculous farse exhibited by the United Nations Security Council, its members are so stacked up against any United States participation. Under the Charter, the Security Council has primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security. It has 15 Members, and each Member has one vote. Under the Charter, all Member States are obligated to comply with Council decisions. The Permanent Five members, P5, are China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.  Each of the permanent members has power to veto, enabling them to prevent the adoption of any "substantive" draft Council resolution, regardless of the level of international support for the draft. 

All substantive United States' resolutions are null and void by design. --And so after reviewing over 70 years of poor performance of the U.N., do we now give up U.S. control of our Internet and all set a direction to march collectively into the global future??

Like Mother, Like Daughter - Early Signs Show There's No Hope Again!

He is Edward “Ed” Mezvinsky, born January 17, 1937. Then you’ll probably say, “Who is Ed Mezvinsky?” Well, he is a former Democrat congressman who represented Iowa’s 1st congressional district in the United States House of Representatives for two terms, from 1973 to 1977.

He sat on the House Judiciary Committee that decided the fate of Richard Nixon. He was outspoken saying that Nixon was a crook and a disgrace to politics and the nation and should be impeached. He and the Clintons were friends and very politically intertwined for many years.

Ed Mezvinsky had an affair with NBC News reporter Marjorie Sue Margolies and later married her after his wife divorced him.

In 1993, Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky, then a freshman Democrat in Congress, cast the deciding vote that got President Bill Clinton’s controversial tax package through the House of Representatives.

In March 2001, Ed Mezvinsky was indicted and later pleaded guilty to 31 of 69 counts of bank fraud, mail fraud and wire fraud. Ed Mezvinsky embezzled more than $10 million dollars from people via both a Ponzi scheme and the notorious Nigerian e-mail scams. He was found guilty and sentenced to 80 months in federal prison.

After serving less than five years in federal prison, he was released in April 2008 and remains on federal probation. To this day, he still owes $9.4 million in restitution to his victims.

About now you are saying, “So what!” Well, this is Marc and Chelsea Mezvinsky.

That’s right; Ed Mezvinsky is Chelsea Clinton’s father-in law.

Now Marc and Chelsea are in their early thirties and purchased a $10.5 million dollar NYC apartment (after being married in George Soros’ mansion).

Has anyone heard mention of any of this in any of the media? If this guy was Jenna or Barbara Bush’s, or better yet, Sarah Palin’s daughter’s father-in- law, the news would be an everyday headline and every detail would be reported over and over. And yet they say there are no double standards in political reporting.

And people are already talking about Hillarious as our next President?  …And then there is possibly Chelsea for president in our future!

Chelsea Clinton earned $600,000 a year (first "job" out of college) when working for NBC and now works for the Clinton Foundation and sits on many boards. The cycle never ends! Lying and corruption seem to make some candidates more popular.

Immigration vs. Colonization

Folks, let's get serious: Not all people coming into the United States have any intentions of ever becoming citizens or paying taxes - we must be selective.

They only wish to reap the generous benefits given from tax payers' pockets with no intentions or aspirations to be American citizens. They only want to establish colonies: ethnic living areas, ghettos, communes and separate communities devoid of the American experience with the national spirit or even the laws; i.e, Sharia Laws. No solid border protection erodes national sovereignty and immigration controls that leads to economic disaster - just ask the Europeans!

Unauthorized immigrants comprise slightly more than 4% of the adult population of the U.S., but because they are relatively young and have high birthrates, their children make up a much larger share of both the newborn population (8%) and the child population (7% of those younger than age 18) in this country. [These figures are based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s March 2009 Current Population Survey.]

"U.S. taxpayers already dish out around $52 billion to educate the children of illegal aliens with local governments taking the biggest hit (nearly $50 billion) and the feds contributing about $2 billion. The biggest chunk goes to elementary and high school education, but a substantial portion ($8.3 billion) also goes to specialized instruction for limited English speakers and several hundred million dollars is spent on subsidized college tuitions.

"Those already astronomical figures will surely increase as the population of illegal immigrant offspring swells. A new study released by a nonprofit dedicated to chronicling “Latino’s diverse experiences in a changing America” reveals a surge in anchor babies that will inevitably take a huge toll on U.S. taxpayers. It also indicates that automatic citizenship granted to all U.S.-born children—as per the Constitution’s 14th Amendment—is a huge lure for illegal immigrants.

"That’s probably why illegal immigrants are having babies in the U.S. at a much higher rate than the general population, according to the Pew Hispanic Center study released this week. The number of children born to illegal immigrants in the U.S. jumped to 4 million from 2.7 million in a six-year period and the children of illegal aliens accounted for 340,000 out of the 4.3 million babies born in 2008, the latest year for which figures were available. [The latest year for report now available 2014.]

"This means that nearly one out of every 13 children born in the U.S. have an illegal immigrant parent. On a broader scale, nearly 79% of the 5.1 million children of illegal aliens were born in this country and are therefore U.S. citizens, the analysis found."

"This means that Americans will pay more to educate anchor babies as well as provide them with other welfare benefits normally denied if they were foreign born."

The Confederate battle flag, called the "Southern Cross" or the cross of St. Andrew, has been described as a proud emblem of Southern heritage. However. due to our President and liberal politicians this symbol has been tagged and transformed down into a symbol of racial hatred; so flags or images have been taken down in public places.

Just recently the student government of the University of California at Irvine recently voted to remove the American flag as offensive while professors supported this action too. It's because others will find it provocatively obnoxious by its presence as it represents a superiority over other peoples and nations. So I guess these students and teachers are angry as the American flags flying our colors eventually prevailed in spite of their protests?--but that's American freedom in action!

The Black unrest fomented by divisive Liberal politicians has createdWRONG SIDE - RIGHT HANDS OVER HEARTS! (Not Retouched) a human tragedy in which partisan lip service is offered when a flag is removed so hatred is erased--and that is their sum total of a great symbolic solution? In truly fighting the root causes of this social blight  Obama does not address the broken Black family homes with divorces or no husbands, out of wedlock children, welfare check recipients, Black on Black crimes, juvenile delinquencies, joblessness due to poorly uneducated youths, lack of training in trades or jobs moving overseas due to higher Federal government taxes and regulations.

So now in the name of diversity and fairness new flags are flying and paraded down our streets unashamedly.  Doesn't this show our country is taking on a renewed image to mean embracing the freedom of speech or expression without repression under the Constitution that's without insulting or, Heaven forbid, making others feel that they're being subjected to prejudice for personally held beliefs even if it's insulting to others? Well then, what about that Confederate flag too?

Oh well, I think these guys could be color guards at any high school football games, street parades or for that matter any public event where the U.S. Flag is flown.  

I’m so glad we’ve gotten rid of that offensive Battle Flag of the South as well as that sick “Dukes of Hazzard” TV show (with the creepy orange car) that warps young minds.

Muslim scholar in Jordan attacks 'Palestinians' for distorting Koran, Jews given Israel 'until Day of Judgement.'

Allah has promised Israel to the Jews -- so says Sheikh Ahmad Adwan, a Muslim scholar living in Jordan, who declared on his Facebook page recently that "Palestine" doesn't exist.

Blogger Elder of Ziyon translated Arab news sources that this Saturday reported on Adwan's statements, in which he quotes the Koran saying Allah assigned Israel to the Jews until the Day of Judgment (Sura 5 Verse 21), and that Jews are the inheritors of Israel (Sura 26 Verse 59).

"I say to those who distort...the Koran: from where did you bring the name Palestine, you liars, you accursed, when Allah has already named it 'The Holy Land' and bequeathed it to the Children of Israel until the Day of Judgment," argued Adwan. "There is no such thing as 'Palestine' in the Koran."

"Your demand for the Land of Israel is a falsehood and it constitutes an attack on the Koran, on the Jews and their land. Therefore you won’t succeed, and Allah will fail you and humiliate you, because Allah is the one who will protect them (i.e. the Jews)," warns Adwan.

The sheikh had more harsh words for the "Palestinians," calling them "the killers of children, the elderly and women" in using them as human shields in order to falsely accuse the Jews of targeting them. He reports having seen the same tactic used by "Palestinians" against the Jordanian army in the 1970s.

"This is their habit and custom, their viciousness, their having hearts of stones towards their children, and their lying to public opinion, in order to get its support," declared Adwan.

Adwan has previously said his support for the Jewish people "comes from my acknowledgment of their sovereignty on their land and my belief in the Koran, which told us and emphasized this in many places, like His (Allah’s) saying ”Oh People (i.e the Children of Israel), enter the Holy Land which Allah has assigned unto you'" (Sura 5, Verse 21).

The Jews are a peaceful people according to Adwan, who says "if they are attacked, they defend themselves while causing as little damage to the attackers as possible. It is an honor for them that Allah has chosen them over the worlds – meaning over the people and the Jinns (spiritual creatures) until the Day of Judgment. ...When Allah chose them, He didn’t do so out of politeness, and He wasn’t unjust other peoples, it is just that they (the Jews) deserved this.”
