Ready to Lose Your Internet? ...Really?  ...Yeah!

For God's Sake! - For Your Own Sake! - Tell Congress to keep the Ban on this Obama Bill!

HAPPENS BEFORE OBAMA LEAVES OFFICE - THE OCTOBER SURPRISE!

The Obama administration has again announced the end to the U.S. stewardship open Internet; Russia and China will take advantage of the American ICANN surrender too.  Authoritarian regimes want to grab control recognizing the 'different modes and methods in Internet management'.--code for a major subversion of the Internet and restriction to freedom of speech.

Meanwhile, Obama is stealthly trying to pass his 'Executive Order' on the down-low and bypass congressional oversight once again; it will be far from the 'modest change in policy' that Obama claimed in March, 2014.  Is Obama aware of the major damages?  Of course not, he is again clueless!--How many more times must the public take that silly clueless excuse and just admit he knows what he is doing?

Sands in an Hourglass."Like sands in the hourglass, so are 'The Days of Our Lives'."--to borrow the line from a popular daytime soap opera introduction. Since 1965, it is one of the longest-running scripted television programs in the world. It is even older than the Internet--my how time flies!

FACTOID: On October 24, 1995 the Federal Networking Council, FNC, unanimously passed a resolution defining the term 'Internet'. This definition was developed in consultation with members of the internet and intellectual property rights communities.

RESOLUTION: The Federal Networking Council (FNC) agrees that the following language reflects our definition of the term 'Internet'. It refers to the global information system that -- (i) is logically linked together by a globally unique address space based on the Internet Protocol (IP) or its subsequent extensions/follow-ons; (ii) is able to support communications using the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) suite or its subsequent extensions/follow-ons, and/or other IP-compatible protocols; and (iii) provides, uses or makes accessible, either publicly or privately, high level services layered on the communications and related infrastructure described herein.

"The Internet has changed much in the three decades since it came into existence. It was conceived in the era of time-sharing, but has survived into the era of personal computers, client-server and peer-to-peer computing, and the network computer. It was designed before LANs existed, but has accommodated that new network technology, as well as the more recent ATM and frame switched services. It was envisioned as supporting a range of functions from file sharing and remote login to resource sharing and collaboration which had spawned electronic mail and more recently the World Wide Web, Internet telephone and Internet television.

"The most pressing question for the future of the Internet is not how the technology will change, but how the process of change and evolution itself will be managed. The architecture of the Internet has always been driven by a core group of designers, but the form of that group has changed as the number of interested parties has grown. With the success of the Internet has come a proliferation of stakeholders - stakeholders now with an economic as well as an intellectual investment in the network. [Those major multi-national stakeholders have taken their suppressive political underpinnings to threaten the global Internet freedom of speech that have been advanced since the beginning by the United States ICANN organization.]

"We now see, in the debates over control of the domain name space and the form of the next generation IP addresses, a struggle to find the next social structure that will guide the Internet in the future. The form of that structure will be harder to find, given the large number of concerned stakeholders. At the same time, the industry struggles to find the economic rationale for the large investment needed for the future growth, for example to upgrade residential access to a more suitable technology. If the Internet stumbles, it will not be because we lack for technology, vision, or motivation. It will be because we cannot set a direction and march collectively into the future."

Like those 'sands in the hourglass' our Internet freedoms are quickly slipping right between our fingers to be lost forever. With our U.S. Federal Communications Commission, the United Nations, the European Union, the various sovereign nations, partisan coalitions and special interest groups they all have strict regulatory agendas to curb current Internet freedoms. Can they all get along?--Read about the U.N. Security Council...

Look at the ridiculous farse exhibited by the United Nations Security Council, its members are so stacked up against any United States participation. Under the Charter, the Security Council has primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security. It has 15 Members, and each Member has one vote. Under the Charter, all Member States are obligated to comply with Council decisions. The Permanent Five members, P5, are China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.  Each of the permanent members has power to veto, enabling them to prevent the adoption of any "substantive" draft Council resolution, regardless of the level of international support for the draft.

All substantive United States' resolutions are null and void by design. --And so after reviewing over 70 years of poor performance of the U.N., do we now give up U.S. control of our Internet and all set a direction to march collectively into the global future??

Get to the Back of the Bus or Be Thrown Under it!

Do you ever get that tired rundown feeling all the time?--You know, it's actually from always being thrown down under the bus and backed over repeatedly.

Aren't you just getting weary of endlessly hearing about why we are accused of being an unjust, dishonest, conniving American people, blamed for every little glitch in our society or in the world? Obama believes the demographics have changed in America to support his narrative saying, "That's not who we are!" But, either we're being too bigoted or too gluttonous, but also condemned for our extreme values of Constitutional laws protecting individual rights  by limiting the balance of power in Washington politics.

Without those pesky individual rights, the totalitarian government's theology takes controls to supersede beyond imagination a voracious appetite to categorize everyone within its profiles according to Federally mandated standards. So no one's above the law, only below the purview of government legislation to be told what to do. That's bureaucratic bigotry targeting individuals.

I'll let a great American patriot speak and whom I met, shook his hand and spoke to on a few occasions after church services in Bel Air, CA in the mid-1960s before Ronald Reagan ran for Governor of California in 1967. He served two terms from 1967 to 1975 and declined a third term to run for President from 1981 to 1989 instead.

President Ronald Reagan's uplifting, positive views and outlook are different than Barack. Obama's downward stilted, left-wing socialist ideals view our society within communal groups responsible for every individual's travesty in order to create a political divide, guilty as charged.

Internet Warning - Content Integrity Guidelines

Watch out for Bogus 2016 Presidential Campaign Internet Facts!

Recently, a 'news article' was emailed to me from a well intentioned reader as another example of a travesty happening around the world. So before I start to resend and spread any story myself, I always check out the facts. On occasion, I have slipped up in not checking and every time, every time, get bitten in the ass, and it's embarrassing. Have you ever thought about who gets hung out to dry?

Since the raw email article came to me without any credits for the editorial content or authorship noted, the pirated material took the name recognition away for those creative efforts. So have the creators and brains behind this content lost their identity and true intentions to possibly humorously entertain and not alarm people with misrepresentation of their clever imaginations?

So, not only are the originators of the materials misrepresented but the readers of the misinformation are doing a disservice by disseminating wrong ideas held out as fact. It's no wonder that the World Wide Web, or in Chinese: wàn wéi wǎng (万维网), on the Internet has not made all the readers in the blogosphere react as 'flash-mob' take-overs in stores, malls or even revolutions at the drop of a hat. Let's be honest here, how many of you have a friend who sends tons of '--Forwarded messages'--? It makes one wonder why they don't throw them into their trash cans to save others from reading them.

Remember that next time when you send a "'--Forwarded message--", please check out the information source and facts before emailing it out. You are putting your good name on something that now carries your own honest word that it’s the truth; it's in a currency that's as good as gold. That's what computer hackers, malicious malware software developers rely upon to carry their insidious virus infections from one computer to another.

Other computer hacks just get their jollies off knowing their absurd and hurtful stories can damage someone else's reputation; it's the 'reality show' effects for real. Then other emails are just plain stupid for a range of reasons; but mostly just dumb, dumber and dumbest.

So is your "forwarded" email a hoax and its source is a satire or nothing on this quoted website should be taken seriously or is it really factually based? Some emails even have a verification source disclaimer on the page in the site which implies that it has been checked out and that in itself may be also questionable too.

Here is a partial list of the major verification sites:

  1. FactCheck.org: a political website financed by billionaire Peter Soros, left-wing liberal.
  2. MediaMatters.org: a politically liberal website dedicated to correct conservative ideas founded by Peter Brock, financed by billionaire Peter Soros, left-wing liberal.
  3. Snopes.com: a site owned by the Barbara & David Mikkelson, big left-wing liberal Obama donors.
  4. PolitiFact.org: owned by the Tampa Bay Times with liberal left-leaning bias.
  5. TruthorFiction.com: founded by the late Rich Buhler, who was known as the "Father of Modern Christian Talk Radio" at KBRT , Corona, CA with a conservative leaning partisanship.

It's important to note that when you go to one fact checking 'dot com or dot org' site, it is wise to check another site too.  And, it never hurts for a quick "Google" of the subject that may bring up contrasting opinions and facts too.

Net Neutrality - Don't Troll on Me!

Obama's "Net Neutrality" Program to provide freedom of access is a total sham! Barring the possibility of not getting it approved by the FCC Board, Obama is feverishly directing the FCC, the Federal Communications Commission, to rein in the Internet into a public utility entity before the "stupid voters" realize what he has done.  This action would automatically bring it under immediate political controls of the Federal Government Laws on how businesses or individuals conduct themselves on the Internet. Applicable state, federal, local taxes will be charged on any utility services which will only add to monthly internet access charges--what a tax boondoggle and annual $Billion Federal tax revenue stream. It further offers Obama unbridled FCC regulations to be imposed without the interference of the Congress as a body to provide any public stop-gap check on FCC overreach on privacy or web content bans.

Up to present, ICANN has all been conducted as a private U.S. based, non-government entity. ICANN, Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, is the technical coordination body. ICANN primary objectives which always have been non-political since its inception, has been ensuring the stability of the Internet's system of assigned names and numbers without the purvue of any legislation or sovereignty.

Now, Obama has a political movement afoot, effective July 2015, to turn over the U.S. registration of all Internet registered users from our U.S. base to a U.N. international body with an "independent governing board." Why is this move necessary now? That's an easy answer: Many countries see $Billions in taxes and want to levy international "access Internet fees" on users.  All of the totalitarian governments cannot control their populations any longer with their propaganda with the unbridled access to facts, 24 hour news cycle, You Tube, blogs and social media.  It is true that some information is either unfactual, malicious, sketchy at best or rumor where irresponsible speculation exists.  But, that's how the "word of mouth" has operated over thousands of years and how all generations told stories, only now it is instantaneous. So today subversive or repressive regimes operating within the shadows cannot hide under the bright lights of the Internet era and they want the freedom of information curtailed or crushed.

A perfect example of a totalitarian regime's abuse is the way Facebook’s detection systems work. Once a post is reported by enough users—no matter the content, intent or who is reporting it—the post is marked as a "terms-of-use violation." As it happens, the Iranian regime, much like the Chinese and Russian governments, is adept at mobilizing trolls to report activity it doesn’t like. Facebook inadvertently becomes the morality police, and that will always work to the advantage of these tyrants.

Well-intentioned Facebook policies are designed for U.S. Constitutional values such as the prohibition on anonymous users which malign or attack other individuals. However, Facebook inadvertently has kicked off thousands of activists who use pseudonyms to protect their own safety. Whistleblowers, advocates for political prisoners, rally leaders, labor activists, feminists and bloggers all use the platform to organize without detection. But in addition to eluding dictators, these activists must also worry that Facebook employees (or data machines) in Menlo Park, Calif., will detect that their names are not real and have trouble getting their official page “verification” from Facebook, something that could help protect users from threats and troll attacks from those draconian regime governments.

Facebook and others have a challenge to remain free of this corruption. I believe that also starts by keeping ICANN as a U.S. based organization, not as a utility company, to maintain its own integrity--it's neither right or left, Republican or Democrat, Red State or Blue State, it's the United States--sound familiar?

ISIL - YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!

The Real Threat from ISIL

By Ronald Kessler

The current debate over the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant misses the real threat: a weapons of mass destruction attack that would cause massive casualties.

In interviews for my book "The Secrets of the FBI," Robert S. Mueller III told me when he was FBI director [September 4, 2001 - September 4, 2013] that what keeps him awake at night is the possibility of a terrorist attack using radiological biological, or chemical weapons that would wipe out millions of Americans in cities like New York and Washington.

Given that ISIL has more than $1 billion in cash and additional millions coming in from oil revenue every week, it would be easy for the terrorist group to buy off an expert who could unleash such an attack within the next month or two. Since ISIL members include Americans with U.S. passports, bringing such weapons into this country would be no problem at all.

  • "The biggest threat comes from individuals who have had some association with the United States, understand the United States, can move either individually or with others relatively freely into the United States and within the United States," Mueller has told me.

Thus, those who say ISIL poses no immediate threat to the homeland because no credible plot has yet been detected or would only shoot up some people in a shopping mall or knock down a building are as wrong as those who thought before 9/11 that al Qaeda consisted of a bunch of cavemen who could never launch a major attack on the U.S.

  • Moreover, because of laxness and corner cutting by Secret Service management exposed in my book The First Family Detail, the agency has not kept up to date with the latest technology for detecting WMD or preventing an attack on the White House. Having ignored the ISIL threat for nearly a year as it obviously gained momentum, President Obama could tragically wind up being its victims.

Even a WMD attack that does not kill a great number of people would have a crushing psychological impact.

"A singular lone wolf individual can do things in the dark of the night with access to a laboratory with low quantities of material and could hurt a few people but create a devastating effect on the American psyche," according to Dr. Vahid Majidi, who was the FBI’s assistant director in charge of the Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate.

  • Another "huge" potential threat, says Arthur M. "Art" Cummings II, who headed FBI counterterrorism and counterintelligence investigations, is the explosion by terrorists of a nuclear weapon high in the atmosphere to unleash an electromagnetic pulse (EMP). The electromagnetic pulse generated by the blast would fry all electronics in North America. Because almost everything we need to survive relies on microchips—computers, financial records, furnaces, refrigerators, police dispatchers, hospitals, telephones, cars, trains, trucks, and planes—such a blast would send America back to the 1300s.

In the event of an EMP attack, the electrical power grid would be destroyed because its computers would be inoperative. Transformers critical to it would take years to replace. The vast majority of Americans would die from starvation or disease or would freeze to death, according to Dr. William Graham, who was chairman of the bipartisan congressional Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from EMP Attack. And those exposed to biological, radiological, or chemical weapons would die horrible deaths.

  • The Obama administration has said it will take three years to wipe out ISIL In the meantime, we could all become its victims. As long as ISIL exists, the question is not whether but when cataclysmic attacks by the barbaric group on the U.S. homeland will occur.
