The Obama administration has again announced the end to the U.S. stewardship open Internet; Russia and China will take advantage of the American ICANN surrender too.  Authoritarian regimes want to grab control recognizing the 'different modes and methods in Internet management'.--code for a major subversion of the Internet and restriction to freedom of speech. 

Meanwhile, Obama is stealthly trying to pass his 'Executive Order' on the down-low and bypass congressional oversight once again; it will be far from the 'modest change in policy' that Obama claimed in March, 2014.  Is Obama aware of the major damages?  Of course not, he is again clueless!--How many more times must the public take that silly clueless excuse and just admit he knows what he is doing?        

Sands in an Hourglass."Like sands in the hourglass, so are 'The Days of Our Lives'."--to borrow the line from a popular daytime soap opera introduction. Since 1965, it is one of the longest-running scripted television programs in the world. It is even older than the Internet--my how time flies!

FACTOID: On October 24, 1995 the Federal Networking Council, FNC, unanimously passed a resolution defining the term 'Internet'. This definition was developed in consultation with members of the internet and intellectual property rights communities.

RESOLUTION: The Federal Networking Council (FNC) agrees that the following language reflects our definition of the term 'Internet'. It refers to the global information system that -- (i) is logically linked together by a globally unique address space based on the Internet Protocol (IP) or its subsequent extensions/follow-ons; (ii) is able to support communications using the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) suite or its subsequent extensions/follow-ons, and/or other IP-compatible protocols; and (iii) provides, uses or makes accessible, either publicly or privately, high level services layered on the communications and related infrastructure described herein.

"The Internet has changed much in the three decades since it came into existence. It was conceived in the era of time-sharing, but has survived into the era of personal computers, client-server and peer-to-peer computing, and the network computer. It was designed before LANs existed, but has accommodated that new network technology, as well as the more recent ATM and frame switched services. It was envisioned as supporting a range of functions from file sharing and remote login to resource sharing and collaboration which had spawned electronic mail and more recently the World Wide Web, Internet telephone and Internet television.

[Those major multi-national stakeholders have taken their suppressive political underpinnings to threaten the global Internet freedom of speech that have been advanced since the beginning by the United States ICANN organization.] 

"We now see, in the debates over control of the domain name space and the form of the next generation IP addresses, a struggle to find the next social structure that will guide the Internet in the future. The form of that structure will be harder to find, given the large number of concerned stakeholders. At the same time, the industry struggles to find the economic rationale for the large investment needed for the future growth, for example to upgrade residential access to a more suitable technology. If the Internet stumbles, it will not be because we lack for technology, vision, or motivation. It will be because we cannot set a direction and march collectively into the future."

Like those 'sands in the hourglass' our Internet freedoms are quickly slipping right between our fingers to be lost forever. With our U.S. Federal Communications Commission, the United Nations, the European Union, the various sovereign nations, partisan coalitions and special interest groups they all have strict regulatory agendas to curb current Internet freedoms. Can they all get along?--Read about the U.N. Look at the ridiculous farse exhibited by the United Nations Security Council, its members are so stacked up against any United States participation. Under the Charter, the Security Council has primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security. It has 15 Members, and each Member has one vote. Under the Charter, all Member States are obligated to comply with Council decisions. The Permanent Five members, P5, are China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.  Each of the permanent members has power to veto, enabling them to prevent the adoption of any "substantive" draft Council resolution, regardless of the level of international support for the draft. 

All substantive United States' resolutions are null and void by design. --And so after reviewing over 70 years of poor performance of the U.N., do we now give up U.S. control of our Internet and all set a direction to march collectively into the global future??

Jade Helm 15 is not a Movie - It's Real!

Although not a movie, the title of "Jade Helm 15" does sound like another episode in the James Bond or another Sci-Fi hero saga. Actually, the mystery deepens as the Jade Helm 15 has created conspiracy theories that are based on the eponymous (of a person) giving their name to something like this United States military training exercise, scheduled to take place in multiple US states from July 15 to September 15, 2015. This has not been described as a "DOD Joint Exercise" which therefore defines these maneuvers are for the sole purpose to practice homeland engagement on U.S. soil for a specialized group of soldiers in a domestic role. 

The announcements of these training exercises have raised concerns that have been characterized by The New York Times as "travers[ing] the outer edges of political paranoia." They should too since the shroud of secrecy about the maneuvers does raise questions about the seemingly odd name and just what's going on in the great State of Texas too.

I have researched the "JADE" name which refers to the "Joint Assistant for Deployment & Execution" software program. It is military software which is "network centric warfare" for developing and leveraging information superiority in AI, Artificial Intelligence" programs that use force deployment systems calculating best strategies in fighting insurgents.

The name "Helm" refers to taking over leading and directing activities under military controls. This military JADE software program exercise has been described in seminars as to engage in "asymmetric warfare against belligerence." The word asymmetric refers to unequally matched combatants in the field such as terrorists, rioters, insurgents, unruly civilians that are defined as the "belligerents."--their small arms and munitions for retaliation do not match the military complex and therefore are asymmetrically smaller or more easily defeated.

The training program also encompasses securing tactical information. It is through undercover intelligence through spy networks, data network monitoring, populace surveillance and extensive data mining of a population's activities.  

The public hearing these concerns have asked and received assistance from Senator Ted Cruz and Congressman Louis Gohmert to inquire and watch over this program. They both assured the public they will see it does not in any way encroach on the state rights of Texans--only time will bear out citizen's concerns.

Bush) a Nazi. Somebody said it to the author at one of those dinner parties in the spring of 2008, when he dared to raise the issue of Obama’s lack of experience. So, it just seems to smack in the face of any good liberals that the conservative troglodyte [caveman] always need to be educated about his wayward thinking.

Uber-Liberal Billionaire Larry Page, CEO & co-founder of Google, runs the search giant and has been kept busy since September, 2013 deflecting accusations that Google supplied the U.S. government with users' data. Does it appear to be a little tight with the Obama White House? Maybe. I possibly might have gotten a litle glimpse through an unsettling coincidence that just happened with Google.

Without getting too over technical about website software mechanics, I just 'registered' two new Domain names: MyOvalOffice.com and MyBullyPulpit.com; then, I dropped them onto a 'parking page' while I designed my web pages for the new dot com names. In the course of designing my website programs, I tested their dot com addresses by clicking on the hyperlink names to see them go to the 'parking page'. They did work, but I was surprised on what I saw there: 'Obama' websites links were listed all the way down my 'parking' page. This meant that if I had parked my dot com addresses there and then took a month or whatever to develop my website those 'Obama' links would show only 'related links' to liberal Democrat sites. How could this happen?

My website registrar explained that, "Advertising is on all of our 'parking pages', and, "I am sorry, but advertisement cannot be removed from 'parking pages'; and no further explanation was given about the 'why' about that page's 'Ad content'. I realize it is a revenue income stream for the website server provider and that Ads by Google for sponsored links is everywhere too. However, I found it a little difficult to swallow that all of these hyperlink ads were just random picks for Obama topics only while NO conservative or Republican political links were listed at all. It was if the White House owned the Google Ad content and allowed only their approved sites to be shown to the masses. So if I had not paid my money to register my sites, those Obama hyperlinks ads would not have displayed?  Who paid for those ten hyperlinks? Hmn...

And so this is how Obama's 2010 FCC 'net neutrality' law works? So, Yada. Yada, Yada! The law said, "that Internet service providers and governments should treat all data on the Internet equally, not discriminating or charging differentially by user, content, site, platform, application, type of attached equipment, and modes of communication"--yeeah...right!

Bob Kahn, co-inventor of the Internet Protocol [IP], has said, "The term 'net neutrality' [is] a "slogan" and states that he, "opposes establishing it." (The 'IP Address' is what identifies everyone's personal computer location on the Internet.) Thank God that the Obama FCC Law was not passed in 2010, proving again the free marketplace keeps the Internet and cable channels open and available for all.

Looking at 5 Eyes through Trifocals

Our national security requires a view through Trifocal lens to see near, far and farthest to assess not only the kind of threat but the distance from an approaching threat and the anticipated time it will arrive. What clouds our lens is the collective hubris of government agencies which only adds fuel to the fires of public distrust. Obama Gives Away U.S. Internet Free Speech

The U.S. Internet ICANN issue is on target for international turnover next year as authoritarian governments seek control unless we all complain to our Senators and Congressmen--we need to act now in order to avoid it! 

"The Obama administration plan to give up U.S. protection of the open Internet won't take effect for a year, but authoritarian governments are already moving to grab control."--The Internet Commerce Association, which represents Web businesses, warns that the proposal "would transform Icann into a government-led organization," which is "completely counter" to the U.S. requirement that the Internet remain free of government control. They will suppress free speech. Where is YOUR outrage here?  YOUR Internet will be monitored and censored!

The World Wide Web, the Internet is teetering on the brink of collapse into an evil abyss. How many ways to Sunday do I have to emphasize that OBAMA KNOWS NOTHING? "Much of the blame for the splintering of the multistakeholder system lies with Mr. Obama's naïveté in putting Internet governance up for grabs. He underestimated the importance of Washington's control in maintaining an open Internet—and the desire among other governments to close the Internet. And there still is no plan to keep Icann free from control by governments."--sound like any of Obama's other plans like how to handle the Islamic State terrorism? Scary??

"Obama Administration officials pledged to Congress that "the U.S. would keep control over the Internet" if (1) the alternative was to empower other governments or (2) if there isn't full accountability for Icann. Both red lines have been crossed.

If Mr. Obama persists, Congress should block his plan with a simple message: The open Internet is too valuable to surrender."
